Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy allows customers to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. After this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be requested.

To initiate a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.

Missing or Damaged Parts Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty from the delivery date for missing or damaged parts.

To request replacement parts, customers must provide clear photos indicating the missing or damaged components, including marked references from the assembly manual when applicable.

• The first replacement shipment is provided free of charge.
• Additional replacement requests may require payment of shipping fees.
• Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may incur shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility

• A 25% partial refund of the purchase price for products containing fewer than 5,000 pieces; or
• A replacement shipment, with an extended refund eligibility period of up to 90 days after the replacement shipment is dispatched.

For products containing more than 5,000 pieces, customers may be eligible for a 10% compensation refund if the order remains undelivered 40 days after purchase.

Orders that are actively in transit and in the final stages of delivery may not qualify for delay-related refunds.

Any compensation paid under this policy is considered goodwill compensation. Customers are not required to return products that arrive after a refund or compensation has been issued.
